Party Dates
When you place your order online, please note your portrait or party dates in the "Special Instructions" box at check-out.  Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for handmade items to be delivered to your door.

Which items are ready-to-ship today?
All paper goods including plates, cups, napkins, lanterns, candles and tablecovers.  Our Twirl Tutus are usually in stock for quick ship too.  This means that if your items are in stock (and not in transit or on backorder with the manufacturer), your items will ship in 2-3 business days.  Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery.  You will receive a tracking number via e-mail from USPS.com.

Which items are handmade?
All of our applique birthday number tees, initial tees, pettiskirts, banners, hats, bibs, purses, totes, aprons, dresses and key chains.  Each is made one at a time especially for you!  Custom orders welcome.  Please allow 2-3 weeks on these items.  Please note any special party or gift date on your order form.

How long will it take to receive my order?
USPS Priority Mail service usually takes 2-3 business days after it leaves our studio in Birmingham, AL.  If there is a special party or portrait date we need to be aware of, PLEASE note this on your order form so we do not miss it. 

My party is this weekend, can you RUSH my order?
For RUSH orders needed in less than 2 weeks, please type "I approve $10 rush fee added to my credit card" in the instructions box at check-out.

For RUSH orders needed by this weekend, additional Express Mail shipping fees may also apply (based on the weight of your package).

Do you ship to USA military bases and outside the contiguous 48 states?
Yes!  We love to ship to our military bases, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to work with our international customers.  There will be an additional shipping fee added to your card.  We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  We regularly ship to the UK, Sweden and Australia.  We charge only the COST of international shipping, never a handling fee.  Please e-mail us with your country, postal code and items to purchase for an estimate.
