Adds a fun, inexpensive, vintage-style pop of color to your party decorations!

Approximately 2" wide.  Thats a lot of garland -- cut it, twist it, wrap it, hang it, drape it, have fun with it!

Made with matte paper tissue paper (like our tissue poms).

    I recently used this as a table decoration for my sister's baby shower which was a yellow, gray and white theme. This fringe is quite long and can be used as table decor or to line a doorway or drape across a room. Very fun and great color!
