$6.95 Flat Rate:  Applies to any USA or APO address less than $75.  The discounts continue with FREE shipping on any order over $75 to USA or APO addresses.  We love our customers so we work very hard to keep the shipping rates low for you.

When will my order ship?  Most orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail.  Personalized items require 2-3 weeks processing time.  We will notify you if an item unexpectedly becomes out of stock which may delay your order.  This is why a "date needed" note is very helpful for our warehouse.

USA Express Shipping:  $35.00 Next-Day option is available at checkout.  Some destinations arrive in 2 days even with Express Mail.  Please check with us first if you are on a tight schedule.

International:  $35.00 ESTIMATE for 10-Day Mail for all of our International customers is available and based on the WEIGHT of your box, so it may cost $30 more to ship if you order heavy items.  12/31/12 will be our last day accepting international orders.

Packaging:  All order items are individually packed and carefully wrapped in new tissue paper or bubble wrap (as needed) to ensure safe delivery.  We use new brand new boxes & envelopes.

For handmade items like personalized number and initial tees, banners, key chains, bibs and pettiskirts, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks.  Personalized tags and cupcake toppers require 2 weeks.  PLEASE note your party date or "date needed" in the box provided in your shopping cart.  We cannot be held responsible for late shipping if a party date is not on your order form.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation is emailed directly to your account and/or from USPS Click n' Ship.  We cannot guarantee delivery dates nor are we responsible for lost packages.  We make every effort to assist our customers with USPS shipping issues and questions.

Returns:  Please email us first with questions.  Note that gumballs, balloons, candy sticks and personalized items are not eligible for returns.  Once approved, please mail brand new, unopened and non-personalized party supply items to Polka Dot Market Returns, Post Office Box 78311, Charlotte, North Carolina  28271.  There will be a $5.00 handling fee for returns over $100.00.
